At The Market Chef & Bistro, Chef Andrew Scherle has been dishing up all your favourite breakfast meals and scumptious lunch deals since 2007. Chef Andrew is also the reigning chef at the Welland Farmer's Market where he offers great take-home meals.

Chef Andrew's slogan is "Never Trust a Skinny Chef". He's been a Certified Chef since 1992 and his years of experience love of food shine through in his cooking.
